  Click on “iTunes Store, App Store or iBook Store”.

 Click on “How to recover missing purchased items”.

 Select Email.

 Put your name/E-mail address, Apple ID and provide the requested information such as: - Device: User's phone device (Ex. iPhone 4S)- Item title:  Coins – Ultimate Tennis- Order Number: Put order number of the transaction.- Details: provide a detailed description of the problem (Ex. Coins dispatch error.) Click 'Continue' to submit your request.
